Herb mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g tartar
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Twist out the stems. Then trim off the bottom ends of the stems and finely chop the rest. Braise in hot butter. Add the tartar and fry until crumbly. Then add the herbs and garlic and season. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in enough breadcrumbs to form a loose mixture. Grease a baking dish with oil, fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, and place them in the dish. Top with a small knob of butter or drizzle with a little oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
