Herb Noodles (vegan)
The perfect herb noodles (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 125 g Penne
- 2 tbsp Low Sodium Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tbsp Salt pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain it and leave it in the saucepan.
- Pour in the broth and stir in the ketchup. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Serve afterwards.
