Herb Noodles (vegan)

The perfect herb noodles (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Penne
  • 2 tbsp Low Sodium Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Salt pepper
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain it and leave it in the saucepan.
  2. Pour in the broth and stir in the ketchup. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Serve afterwards.
