Tomato Noodle Soup with Nut Parmesan (vegan)
The perfect tomato noodle soup with nut parmesan (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Noodle soup:
- 500 g Sieved tomatoes
- 125 g Gemelli
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tbsp Salt pepper
Nut Parmesan:
- 1 tbsp Yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp Salted peanuts
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain it and leave it in the saucepan. Pour in the tomatoes and water and stir in the stock powder. Let simmer together for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Use a food processor to grind the peanuts and yeast flakes and sprinkle them over the soup. Then serve.
