Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes
- 2 cups of quark (500g)
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Briefly place the potato pieces in the deep fryer until lightly browned. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of chives and parsley. For the quark: In a bowl, mix the quark with a few drops of sparkling water, add the herbs and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
