Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml quark, low-fat or fat-free
- 50 ml sweet cream or Cremefine for whipping
- 1 box of cress
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 small onion(s)
- some salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
wonderfully summery and light, suitable for quick chefs
Finely chop the onion in the Quickchef (or without). Add the quark and cream and mix. Then add the herbs and season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. This wonderfully light dip is delicious with vegetable sticks or on a barbecue.
