Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark, 40%
- 60 g goat’s cheese
- 1 handful of herbs, e.g. basil, rosemary, parsley, etc.
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Salt
- Chili oil or cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the herbs and remove the stems, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Peel a small garlic clove and roughly chop it. Place the herbs, garlic, and some quark in a small food processor and mince. Then stir in the remaining quark and goat cheese. Season to taste with salt and a little chili oil or cayenne pepper.
