Mango-banana curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • Chocolate, grated
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mango and bananas, then place them in a food processor and puree, or use a hand blender. Transfer a quarter of the mixture to another bowl. Divide a quarter between glasses or old glass tealight holders. Gently tap the glass on the countertop until the mixture is level. Add the quark to the remaining half and mix. Divide the quark and fruit mixture among the glasses, tapping lightly. Then spoon the fruit mixture on top and decorate with chocolate shavings and a mint leaf.
