Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch basil
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 liter olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onions, garlic, basil, and parsley and puree them with the water in a large measuring jug using an immersion blender. Add the mustard, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix. Now slowly add the olive oil and blend until thickened. Finally, add the finely chopped chives and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. It will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks and can be varied with other herbs of your choice. It goes well with any colorful or green salad.
