Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 handful of capers
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • 5 stalks of parsley, flat
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious with fried fish

For the salsa, peel and finely dice the onions. In a bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the diced onions and chopped capers. Finally, finely chop the dill, parsley, basil, and chives, then add everything to the bowl and mix well.
