Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzels (ham schnitzel)
- 3 eggs
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 1 bunch of sage
- 1 bunch tarragon
- Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 3 tbsp lard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Coat the schnitzel in a batter made from beaten egg, thyme, sage, tarragon, and breadcrumbs, all mixed with plenty of Parmesan cheese. Heat the lard and clarified butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel until golden brown.
