Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 10 ml flavoring (lemon oil)
  • 4 tbsp paprika powder, sweet and hot mixed
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dash of balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 1 tbsp chili (pul biber)
  • some thyme, fresh, chopped
  • some rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Meat of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

to pork and poultry…

Mix all ingredients well and marinate the meat long enough (preferably overnight). Tastes great with chops, pork schnitzels, chicken breast, pork medallions, etc.
