Herbal Curd Mixture

The perfect herbal curd mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark
  • Some condensed milk
  • 1 handful Garlic mustard, chopped
  • 1 handful Basil, chopped
  • 1 handful Chives, cut into rings
  • 1 handful Dead nettle leaves, chopped
  • 1 handful Dandelion leaves, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Wild garlic salt
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste and let it steep. I enjoyed this quark with jacket potatoes and with homemade bread.
