Herbal Curd Mixture
The perfect herbal curd mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Quark
- Some condensed milk
- 1 handful Garlic mustard, chopped
- 1 handful Basil, chopped
- 1 handful Chives, cut into rings
- 1 handful Dead nettle leaves, chopped
- 1 handful Dandelion leaves, chopped
- Lemon juice
- Wild garlic salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste and let it steep. I enjoyed this quark with jacket potatoes and with homemade bread.
