Potato and Minced Meat Saucepan

The perfect potato and minced meat saucepan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Potatoes, washed, peeled and diced
  • 200 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 0,5 small Zucchini, diced
  • 0,5 Red peppers, diced
  • Chilli oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
  • Tellicherry pepper from the mill
  1. Heat the chilli oil in a saucepan, fry the onion, the minced meat and the potatoes with the lid closed. In between, add peppers and zucchini. Mix everything regularly and let cook through. When everything is al dente, season to taste. Serve hot! Have fun with my “simple” single kitchen!
