Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 sprig(s) rosemary, not bushy
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of oregano, hot
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 1 sprig(s) marjoram
  • 10 leaves of lemon balm
  • 225 g white rock sugar
  • 1 liter of vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 35 days; Total time approx. 35 days 15 minutes

Wash the herbs and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the branches and place them in a bulbous container. Add the rock candy and vodka and let it steep for at least 5 weeks. During this time, swirl the container occasionally to ensure the sugar dissolves well. Strain the liqueur through a sieve lined with kitchen paper and pour into clean glass bottles.
