Herbal Omelette with Turmeric Asparagus
The perfect herbal omelette with turmeric asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
omelet
- 150 g Egg white
- 1 piece Onion small
- 0,5 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Handful Fresh herbs
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil
asparagus
- 500 g Fresh asparagus
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Knife point Turmeric
- Water
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Garlic granules
omelet
- Mix the egg whites with salt, pepper, finely diced onions, garlic granules and the chopped herbs.
- Heat oil in a pan (20 cm), pour in the egg mixture and fry. Turn the temperature back and as soon as the egg white has set, turn the omelette. Fry the other side for approx. 1 – 2 minutes.
asparagus
- Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic granules, salt and pepper and fry. Pour some water so that the asparagus becomes soft.
- Finally mix the asparagus with the turmeric.
- Arrange the omelette with asparagus on a plate and garnish with chives in cocktail tomatoes.
