Herbal Salad with Porcini Mushrooms
The perfect herbal salad with porcini mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the salad:
- 1 bunch Arugula
- Sorrel fresh
- Dill
- Chives
- Chervil
For the dressing:
- Bianco balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon Liquid butter
- Salt and pepper
For the mushrooms:
- 5 piece Porcini mushrooms fresh
- Roughly chop the herbs and add to the rocket. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix into the salad.
- Fry the porcini mushrooms in a coated pan in butter, season with salt, pepper and pour over the salad.
