Herbal Salad with Porcini Mushrooms

The perfect herbal salad with porcini mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the salad:

  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • Sorrel fresh
  • Dill
  • Chives
  • Chervil

For the dressing:

  • Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid butter
  • Salt and pepper

For the mushrooms:

  • 5 piece Porcini mushrooms fresh
  1. Roughly chop the herbs and add to the rocket. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix into the salad.
  2. Fry the porcini mushrooms in a coated pan in butter, season with salt, pepper and pour over the salad.
