Ingredients
 

  • 90 g Lollo rosso
  • 150 g Date tomatoes
  • 4 Spring onions fresh
  • 300 g Mushrooms brown
  • 300 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Walnut oil

For the dressing:

  • 1 Red Chilli fresh
  • 1 Fresh ginger
  • 1 Orange fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 3 tbsp Fig balm vinegar
  • Orange pepper
  • Seasoning salt
  • 1 bunch Cress for sprinkling

Instructions
