Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp chives (also dried)
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ideal for grilling!
Let the butter soften in a warm place, but not until it’s melted! Peel and press the garlic cloves, mix with the chives and spices, and add to the butter. Mix thoroughly with a fork, then chill. Delicious with steaks and freshly grilled food, or simply on baguette.
