Herbs – Honey – Mustard – Marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ pack of herbs de Provence, frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • some water
  • 1 tbsp mustard (tarragon mustard)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine mustard and olive oil in a bowl, add herbs, honey, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and add lime juice. Whisk well, adding a little more water if desired. This marinade is enough for approximately 6-8 chicken breast fillets.
