Ingredients
Tartare
- 16 Herring fillets
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- Ground white pepper
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, drain, peel and serve on plates with the herring tartare
- Cut the matjes into small cubes. Spring onions in fine strips.
- Mix the matjes cubes and spring onion strips well in a bowl with the crème fraîche, herbs and pepper.
- Then arrange on plates with a side dish. A radish salad also tastes good with it.
