Ingredients
 

Tartare

  • 16 Herring fillets
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • Ground white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, drain, peel and serve on plates with the herring tartare
  • Cut the matjes into small cubes. Spring onions in fine strips.
  • Mix the matjes cubes and spring onion strips well in a bowl with the crème fraîche, herbs and pepper.
  • Then arrange on plates with a side dish. A radish salad also tastes good with it.
