a WW recipe from me
This recipe tastes really delicious, especially with a crisp green salad, with potatoes or rice on the side. I always eat it with boiled potatoes, so I include the potatoes in the P. value. This gives us a value of 5.5 P per person for potatoes and Hawaiian strips. First, I make the sauce. I pour the juice from the canned pineapple into a container, along with the cream cheese and the cream. Mix everything together well. Next, I measure out 50 ml of water and dissolve the teaspoon of potato flour in it (it would lump otherwise). Then I add the potato water to the sauce and season generously with salt and pepper. Layer the strips with the pineapple pieces in a shallow baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Place in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Then sprinkle with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
