Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g pasta, dry
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 240 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 2 bell peppers (red+green)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g crab
- 100 g cream cheese, up to 5% fat
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated up to 30% fat

Cook the noodles in salted water. Cut the turkey breast fillets into strips and dice the bell peppers. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and sear the meat on all sides. Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and remove. Add the crab and diced bell peppers to the pan along with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sauté for about 4 minutes while stirring, then remove. Mix the remaining cooking juices with the cream cheese, broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce to taste. Place the noodles, meat, diced bell peppers, and crab in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the meat, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 175°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. WW – 13 Pro points per serving
