Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section, for 1 tray
  • 200 g sausage (Ahle Wurst or ring salami)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 onions
  • 2 packs of Harzer cheese (200 g each)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough (you can also use homemade dough if you like) on a baking sheet. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread it evenly over the pizza dough. Slice the sausage and arrange it on top. Then slice the onions and top the sausage with them. Finally, thinly slice the Harzer cheese and arrange it on top. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with a crisp leaf salad or lamb’s lettuce.
