Heurigen Spread

- 2 piece Boiled egg
- 2 piece Pickles
- 1 piece Yellow pepper
- 0,5 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- Pepper and salt
- 10 piece Anchovy rings
- 2 tablespoon Mustard
- 250 g Curd
- Cut the eggs, paprika and pickles into small pieces. Next, mix the mustard and curd cheese with the pieces and the anchovy rings well until a creamy spread is formed. Finally season well with salt and pepper and refine with parsley.
