The perfect heurigen spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Boiled egg
  • 2 piece Pickles
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • 0,5 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • Pepper and salt
  • 10 piece Anchovy rings
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 250 g Curd
  1. Cut the eggs, paprika and pickles into small pieces. Next, mix the mustard and curd cheese with the pieces and the anchovy rings well until a creamy spread is formed. Finally season well with salt and pepper and refine with parsley.
