Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Using a dough hook, knead the flour, eggs, quark, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a dough. Then, form two baguette strands from the dough. Mix the pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and olive oil together and brush the baguettes with it. You can, of course, use more seasoning depending on the intensity of the flavor. Tip: Stir a grated garlic clove into the oil. Bake the baguettes at 180°C – 200°C fan-assisted oven for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with garlic oil or tzatziki.
