- 100 g romaine lettuce
- 150 g tortellini of your choice
- 150 g chicken breast
- ½ roll
- 30 g Parmesan, shaved
- some olive oil for frying
- 75 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- e.g. salt and pepper

Cut the bread roll into small pieces and fry in a little olive oil until crispy. Then season the chicken breast fillet and fry until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini. Chop the lettuce and place it in a bowl with the bread roll, chicken, and tortellini. For the dressing, combine all ingredients, pour over the salad, stir, and then garnish with Parmesan cheese.
