Hilde's pear cake with egg whites

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s) , (juice)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 500 g quark
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 75 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the butter, sugar, egg, flour, and baking powder into a dough. Pour the dough into a springform pan and form a raised edge. Chop the drained pears into small pieces and spread them on top of the dough. Whisk the egg, egg yolk, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, oil, quark, milk, and powdered sugar together well and pour over the pears. Bake at 180°C for about 90 minutes. Beat 4 egg whites with 75g powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and spread over the cake 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Let cool in the pan.
