Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of no-cook vanilla pudding powder
  • 300 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the pudding mix with the milk and place it in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes. For the strawberry sauce, wash and hull the strawberries, cut them into pieces, add sugar, and puree them. Then strain them through a sieve and refrigerate. To serve, divide the sauce among dessert plates and top with ice cream in portions. If you like, you can spoon the leftover purée over the ice cream. 180 kcal per serving.
