Hokkaido Snack

The perfect hokkaido snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium size Hokkaido
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the Hokkaido, pat dry, cut in half with a spoon, remove the seeds and cut into wedges
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the wedges on it, season with salt and pepper ..
  3. Mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and almonds with the oil and spread on the pumpkin wedges.
  4. Now put it in the 180c oven for about 15-20 minutes.
