Hokkaido Snack
The perfect hokkaido snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium size Hokkaido
- 3 tablespoon Parmesan
- 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash the Hokkaido, pat dry, cut in half with a spoon, remove the seeds and cut into wedges
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the wedges on it, season with salt and pepper ..
- Mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs and almonds with the oil and spread on the pumpkin wedges.
- Now put it in the 180c oven for about 15-20 minutes.
