Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 330 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 ½ packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 130 g butter
- 265 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp drink powder (energy powder), from Holy Energy
- 150 g powdered sugar, optional
- Drink powder (energy powder), from Holy Energy, optional
- n. B. Water or lemon juice, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a 26cm springform pan or line it with baking paper. Combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Add the butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the energy powder and mix until the batter is evenly colored. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown. Allow the cake to cool in the pan and then carefully remove it from the pan. If you like, you can also make a glaze. To do this, mix 150g of icing sugar with 1 measuring spoon of energy powder and a few drops of lemon juice or water. Spread the glaze evenly over the cooled cake.
