Homemade beef tartare

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg beef tartare, fresh, not regular minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 1 egg(s), if necessary
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • n. B. Farmer’s bread
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, classic food

Pour the fresh, cool beef tartare into a bowl. Add an egg (only if you like it and know that the eggs are fresh, preferably from a farmer’s farm) and season generously with salt, pepper, and Maggi. We only use Maggi in two dishes: our “war soup” and the tartare. Now spread thick slices of fresh farmhouse bread with butter and place the tartare and onions on the bread. Serve the onions separately, as not everyone likes them.
