The perfect homemade cheeseburger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For toppings
- 6 piece Hamburger buns
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 20 g Parniermehl
- 2 Pc. Onions
- 2 packet Bacon
- 1 packet Cave cheese
- 300 g Cheddar cheese
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Barbecue grill sauce
- Butter
- 2 Tomatoes
- 6 Pc. Lettuce leaves
- Peel and chop an onion and sauté in butter. Mix minced meat (I always let the butcher cook it a little more coarsely), Worcester souce, eggs, parnier flour, salt, pepper and shape into pettis. I always freeze them in the freezer for about half an hour
- Peel the remaining onions and cut into rings. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices and put on the table. Wash the lettuce and put it on the table.
- Preheat the grill to 200-230 degrees. Grill the burger pettis on the grill indirectly (if you have put them on the second level) for 10 minutes. Roast the bacon in a pan on a cast iron plate on the grill, if you have. Then remove from the grill and keep warm. Fry the onions in the fat of the bacon. Now grill the burger pettis directly on one side for 4 minutes. Now remove the onions from the grill and put them on the table. Then turn over, if the cast iron plate is available, place it on it. Now distribute the two types of cheese on the petits. Cut the burger buns open and place them on the grill with the inside, they taste better if you also place the buns on the platter. When the cheese has melted, place the pettis on the lower burger bun side, with the lid open next to it. Put bacon on the table, now every guest can put their burger together.
