  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fried onions, ground in a mortar
  • 1 tsp clove powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour into a shaker. This spice should not be confused with 5-spice powder.
