Homemade Cooked Cheese with Caraway Seeds and Garlic

Ingredients
 

  • 2 packet Hand cheese
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 packet Cream cheese
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 100 ml Condensed milk 7.5% fat
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • Caraway seeds
  • Fresh garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cut butter and hand cheese into pieces in a large saucepan and melt over low heat - stir again and again - stir until the mixture is smooth - add processed cheese-cream-sour cream-condensed milk while stirring constantly - stir in soda - stir until no more bubbles come - the mass should not cool down -
  • Roast the cumin a little bit without fat until it smells - then put in a mill - peel the garlic and cut into cubes in the garlic cutter (or by hand) stir both into the still warm cooked cheese to taste - fill the finished cooked cheese into screw glasses or bowls and cold put -
  • the cooked cheese is nice and creamy and tastes best on fresh bread - we also eat radish and chives -
