Ingredients
- 2 packet Hand cheese
- 250 g Butter
- 1 packet Cream cheese
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 100 ml Condensed milk 7.5% fat
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Caraway seeds
- Fresh garlic
Instructions
- Cut butter and hand cheese into pieces in a large saucepan and melt over low heat - stir again and again - stir until the mixture is smooth - add processed cheese-cream-sour cream-condensed milk while stirring constantly - stir in soda - stir until no more bubbles come - the mass should not cool down -
- Roast the cumin a little bit without fat until it smells - then put in a mill - peel the garlic and cut into cubes in the garlic cutter (or by hand) stir both into the still warm cooked cheese to taste - fill the finished cooked cheese into screw glasses or bowls and cold put -
- the cooked cheese is nice and creamy and tastes best on fresh bread - we also eat radish and chives -
