Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g almonds, ground
- 50 g pistachios, ground
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 70 ml cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 700 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
You can fill these cookies with any number of ground nuts you like.
For the filling, all ingredients are mixed together. For the dough, all ingredients except the flour and baking powder are mixed together. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add it to the other ingredients and prepare the dough. Roll out the dough and cut into small squares; the size is up to you. Cut outwards on four sides of each piece, and place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle. Fold each corner over the filling in the middle, fold the sides outwards and join them together. To prevent the cookies from falling apart during baking, press a nut or almond into the center. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
