Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Seasoning mix for fries
  • rosemary
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain. You can peel them beforehand, but it’s not necessary. Finely chop the rosemary and mix it with the oil and fries seasoning. Once cooled, cut the potatoes into 1×1 cm thick strips. Spread the potato strips on a baking sheet and brush over the oil mixture. Preheat the oven thoroughly and bake the fries at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. The fries are a wonderful side dish to dishes like “Sirloin Steak in its own marinade.”
