Sirloin steak in its own marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large pork neck steaks, approx. 800-1000 g
  • 100 ml oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Parsley
  • sage
  • Thyme
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Finely chop the chili peppers, garlic, parsley, sage, and thyme. Mix the water and oil well, then add the herbs. Season with pepper, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Marinate the steaks for at least 12 hours. Drain the marinade before frying. Place the steaks in a hot pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with homemade fries.
