Homemade gnocchi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, boiled
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes, mash them, and mix them with flour, nutmeg, and salt. Form them into small dumplings and place them in salted water. Let them simmer for a while, checking occasionally to see if they’re cooked. Serve with tomato sauce or cream sauce.
