Homemade Hash Browns
The perfect homemade hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Freshly peeled potatoes
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Roughly grate the potatoes. Mix with the spices, onion and marjoram. Heat the oil in a pan. Put the potato mixture in the hot pan and press firmly. Fry well on one side until a flat cake is noticeable. Turn this over and fry well on the other side as well. Then cover and finish cooking for about 5 minutes.
