Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g lovage
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 70 g salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • some soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash and chop the lovage and parsley, then simmer with 1.5 liters of water and the salt for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, caramelize the sugar and then add it to the broth. Let everything simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, add a little soy sauce. Then pour everything into a fine sieve and let it drain. Bring back to a boil briefly and then bottle.
