Homemade Mayonnaise

The perfect homemade mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 1,5 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 250 ml Oil
  • 2 tsp Salad herbs
  • Salt, pepper, Tabasco
  1. Put all ingredients except for the oil in a blender jar and mix with the blender stick, while allowing the oil to run slowly into the beaker. Season the finished mayo with salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco.
  1. The mayo tastes good with French fries, as a dip for raw vegetables or as an addition to a salad dressing.
