Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter of milk (fresh milk)
- 250 g yogurt
- 200 g cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt for a light brine

Vegetarian (Lacto)
Bring the milk to a boil (cook premium milk the day before). Combine the yogurt with lemon juice. Stir the yogurt and cream into the milk. Allow to curdle until the whey turns a greenish color. Once curdled, quickly strain and form into a palm-sized ball. Place in a light brine while still warm. The whey can be drunk warm or mixed with juice once cooled.
