Homemade Nutella

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate, white, dark or milk
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the milk and sugar in a saucepan. Then add the butter. Then melt the chocolate in it. Stir in the ground hazelnuts. Pour everything into a glass jar and let it cool. It will only have a Nutella-like consistency once it’s cooled.
