Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 125 ml cream
- 200 g chocolate, white
- 50 g palm fat
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the Palmin and chocolate in a saucepan. Add the cream and simmer. Add salt and desiccated coconut. Let cool and form into small balls. Press in an almond, if desired. Roll in desiccated coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
