Homemade yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk (whole milk or low-fat)
  • 50 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Natural yogurt – cheap and good

First, gently warm the milk to approximately 30°C – 40°C. Then add the natural yogurt and stir with a whisk. Cover the pot with a lid, wrap it in a thick blanket, and place it in a warm place (preferably near a radiator) overnight. Refrigerate the next day and enjoy cold. Tip: If you prefer something a little lower in fat, you can of course also make the yogurt with low-fat milk. It tastes just as good.
