Homemade Yogurt
The perfect homemade yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 l Milk 1.5%
- 150 g Natural yoghurt

- Rinse the jars well, preheat the yoghurt maker with the jars for 30 minutes. Heat the milk, do not boil it; then cool down to 40 degrees. Stir in yogurt, pour everything into the jars. Do not put a lid on.
- Approx. Let the device run for 3 hours, then switch it off. Close the jars and store in the refrigerator. I was amazed how well it still worked and how deliciously creamy the yogurt was.
- The small glass is the starting point for the next yoghurt.
