Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 stalks thyme, chopped leaves
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy, cut into sticks
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- Sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix together the potatoes, thyme, oil, and chili. Place on a baking sheet and season with salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes. Halve the tomatoes and bake for 5 minutes.
