Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup almond(s), ground
- 1 packet of baking powder
- possibly cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fast and juicy
Beat eggs with honey and cream. Combine flour, almonds, and baking powder and stir in. Bake the batter in a greased loaf or bundt pan at 180°C for about 45-60 minutes. Then, if desired, frost with chocolate icing.
