Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g honey cake
- 250 g quark, low-fat
- 1 orange(s), untreated
- 1 pack of gelatine (gelatine fix)
- 4 tbsp cranberries from the jar
- 40 ml orange liqueur
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the honey cake into 8 thin slices. Place the quark in a tall mixing bowl. Wash the orange and thinly grate the zest from half an orange. Squeeze the juice and add the juice and zest to the quark. Add the gelatin fix and mix with the whisk of a hand mixer for 1 minute. Carefully fold in the cranberries. Chill everything for 10 minutes. Drizzle the cake slices with orange liqueur. Place 2 tablespoons of cranberry quark on each of 4 slices. Top with the remaining cake slices and serve.
