Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g popcorn (or 1 pack of natural microwave popcorn)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 tbsp sugar
Instructions

Prepare popcorn according to the package instructions. Pour honey into a deep pan or saucepan. Add sugar. Heat over medium heat until the mixture becomes runny and fluffy and the granulated sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and gradually stir the popcorn into the caramel. Pour the honey popcorn into a bowl and serve. Caution! The caramel can be quite hot and can burn you badly! Use more or less sugar and honey to suit your taste. Tip: Add cinnamon as a Christmas secret!
